Section 290
Do not be cruel to animals
(1) Any animal or bird is crushed, hit or carried more than it is capable of carrying, or runs beyond its capacity, or uses any animal that is unable to work due to disease, injury, disability or any other reason, or consumes noxious substances or tortures in any other way, or any sick animal kept by you. or because of old age, should not be abandoned in public or be treated cruelly or cruelly in any other way.
